Excerpt from "A Hymn of Inanna" (Dumuzid-Inana)

Transliteration:
gal4-la-ja2 ur11-ru mu-lu ca3-ab-ja2-kam

= "plough my vulva, man of my heart"!

Breakdown:
Attached to the word for "vulva/female genitals" we have "ĝa2" which is the Personal pronoun "I or me". The context is possessive so it is likely this pronoun here is a mix of the genitive and the possessive pronoun "ĝu10 + ak" = literally "of my or mine"

If we were to normalise this we'd get
"gal4-la.ĝu10.ak"

The K and U is dropped and morphed together gives us "ĝa2". So "gal4-la-ĝa2" would mean "vulva of mine".

This dropping of letters often happens. To quote Assyriologists Digital Hammurabi

"If words or forms end in vowels and you attach a form beginning with another vowel, changes or deletions can occur."

Next, the word "uru" means to plough or to sow, mu-lu is another word for "man".

Finally we have ša3-ab-ĝa2-kam".
Ša3-ab means "Heart", "ĝa2" is the personal pronoun we discussed earlier and "kam" is the genitive with the copula.

Kam = ak + am3 = "it is of".

ĝa2-kam = "it is of me/my/I."

So this last phrase says more literally = "the heart, it is of mine.
